Lancaster had a lot to see, but I thought the food much much better in Ohio restaurants.

Let's use Michigan City as the reference point.
On the south end of town is I-94, your quick travel road.
This is 2 boats, side by side, in Buffington Harbor.
The I-94 exit is Cline Ave North, then weasel around to the harbor entrance.
About 42 minutes from MC to the Star garage.
From the Star garage, get back on Cline Ave for a 3 minute drive to Resorts Casino garage!
I think Resorts is now an Ameristar property.
Resorts crosses the line, and is deemed an EastIndiana Casino.
Head yet further West about 8 miles to Hammond, Indiana, and the Harrah's Horseshoe Casino.
This one is the most difficult to access, so watch your driving.
You would be early, but Harrah's has joined the bandwagon, and is currently building a new mega-mega barge casino, to open in 2008.
